About Me

For the time i have been cooking i have grown to learn the relationship of food and the spritual need of man. How food reacts to attitude while being cooked. when i am cooking there's a relationship with my ingredients being formed for it to come together which would feed someones soul , it is a huge responsibility unlike the general notion of " food is to hunger". i dislike things from packets hence i am called "amish". From scratch is how i like to keep my connect with what i turn out, there should be no voids while cooking up something. the only enhancer should be what comes out of my hands , skill , thought and love!
